Yes, during the 2-week preparation phase. We'll sign an NDA and require read-only access to analyze your code and architecture. This preparation is crucial for making the 3-day hackathon effective.

We recommend assembling a complete cross-functional team that includes product owners, senior developers, DevOps engineers, security specialists, and other key stakeholders who deeply understand your technical challenges and business context. Team size is flexible based on your needs—typically ranging from 3-8 people who can commit the full 3 days without interruptions.

You'll have: working prototypes, validated technical approaches, comprehensive documentation, implementation roadmap, and 1 month of email support. Many clients continue with extended engagements for implementation support, but that's entirely optional.

In-person is strongly preferred for the 3-day hackathon (we come to you). The energy and focus of being physically together drives breakthrough thinking. However, for companies outside Switzerland, we can structure a hybrid approach with remote prep and 1-2 days on-site.
